All of our engineers have travelled extensively around the world carrying out engineering support for our customers. They also have vast experience in manufacturing, operating within a 24–hour, 7–days–a–week environment with high speed production including:

• Moulding automtion and assembly
• High speed cartoning and over–wrapping (500 ppm +)
• Confectionery packaging, including pouch and sachet filling machines
• Process engineering and management
• Automated assembly
• Handling systems

Other Areas of Expertise

With 20 years’ experience in process engineering and management dealing with maintenance and repair of production and packaging machinery, our engineers are fully disciplined in electrical and electronic fault diagnosis with additional experience in:

• Servo motor programming
• PLC integration (inlcuding Siemens, Alan Bradley software)
• Camera inspection systems (including barcode and OCR)
